Download the current Windows server from here. Run the installer .exe then invoke the MUCK from the start menu or the command line.

We'd like you to try '-decompress' command line option when you start the MUCK to see how much of a hit we really see skipping compression, which has serious internal problems (these problems have been around for years and years).
